The Cosy Transformation

A 12-week journey to eating well for life

One-to-one nutrition coaching, personalised to your life. Not a rigid diet or meal plan. Twelve focused weeks of support and accountability, designed to shift how you relate to food, help you lose weight effortlessly and build healthy habits that actually stick.

You are excellent at almost everything…

You are, by most measures, doing rather well.

The work gets done. The house runs. Your children are fed, ferried and largely happy, and the people around you would describe you as someone who has it together, because for the most part you do.

And then there is this one thing.

You have gained weight over the last few years and it has not come off. Your wardrobe is quietly divided into what fits now and what you are keeping until it does again. You have started avoiding the camera at family occasions. When you catch yourself unexpectedly in a shop window, there is a small lag before you recognise the woman looking back.

The strangest part is the contradiction. You can hold a demanding role, manage a household and keep every plate in the air, and you cannot seem to get a grip on what you eat. You have decided at various points that this must mean something about your character.

It doesn't. Discipline like yours does not evaporate at the kitchen door. What has been missing is a plan built around your actual life by someone who knows the specifics of it, rather than a set of general rules you were left to apply on your own.

Why the previous attempts came undone

Look back at what you have tried and a pattern appears.

The slimming club gave you a system that worked while you attended and left you with nothing once you stopped. The calorie app turned eating into admin until the admin became unbearable. The meal plan from the nutritionist was excellent on paper and had no relationship whatsoever to a Tuesday with a late meeting and a child who needed collecting. Every one of them asked you to change everything at once and offered no way of recovering when life interrupted.

Underneath all of it ran the same assumption, which is that you needed more information. You have never needed more information. You could probably deliver a competent lecture on protein and blood sugar by now.

What has been missing is someone applying that knowledge to your particular week, watching what happens, and adjusting it with you. That is what twelve weeks of one-to-one coaching is for.

Whole person. Lasting change.

The Cosy Transformation programme is designed to take you from wherever you are now to a place where eating and living well feels like second nature. This is not about willpower or perfection. It is about building a healthy relationship with your body that you can sustain for life.

Programme details

Phase one · Weeks 1–2
Reset
Laying the groundwork

We start with a full picture of where you are: your eating, your lifestyle, your relationship with food. Then we begin making gentle, purposeful changes that fit your real life from the very first week.

Phase two · Weeks 3–10
Build
Finding your rhythm

This is the heart of the programme. We go deeper into habits, mindset, and the patterns that have kept you stuck. A mid-point review at week 6 keeps everything on track and adjusted to how you are actually doing.

Phase three · Weeks 11–12
Sustain
Making it yours

We bring everything together and shift the focus to life after the programme. You will finish with a written plan that maps out your habits, your strategies, and your go-to meals. Something solid to carry forward on your own.

Where you are at week twelve

  • You're lighter, and the weight is coming off at a pace that means it stays off.
  • Dinner takes seconds to decide, instead of a whole conversation with yourself.
  • Your energy holds through the afternoon, so three o'clock stops sending you looking for something sweet.
  • Your clothes fit properly again, and you're happy to be in the photo.

There's one more thing, and women tell me they never see it coming. They feel like themselves again. The woman who was there before everyone else's needs came first, back with her spark.

Your children notice it too. They watch how you talk about your body and how you eat at the table, and twelve weeks changes what they're picking up from you.

This is for you if...

  • You're properly ready. Not in a "maybe in the new year" way, but ready to start now and see it through.
  • You'll do the work between our sessions. I'll give you a couple of action points each week, and they only work if you actually try them.
  • You're finished with quick fixes. You've done the crash diets, and you know how that story ends.
  • Being honest with me feels doable. The more openly you tell me what's really going on in your week, the better I can build around it.
  • You want someone in your corner. Working this out alone is what you've been doing, and you're ready for that to change.
  • You have room in your budget for this. I'd rather you came to me when the cost is something you can absorb easily, so that all your energy goes into the work itself.

And this probably isn't for you if...

  • You're after a meal plan to follow to the letter. I don't write them, because plans like that tend to work beautifully until the first unpredictable week, and your weeks are rarely predictable.
  • You're in the middle of something big. A house move, a new baby, a demanding stretch at work. Any of those are perfectly good reasons to start later, and I'd much rather you came to me when you're able to make this programme a priority.
  • You're not ready to take action. I'll give you the science, the structure and the accountability, but the doing is yours.

If you read that and thought "maybe not just yet", have a look at The Cosy Challenge instead - a much gentler place to begin.

The investment

Let me tell you what you're actually paying for: twelve weeks of deep support and accountability, and a transformation unlike anything you've experienced before. I look at your week, your family, your work, your history with food, and then we build something that fits around all of it. When it stops fitting, we change it.

The price of the programme is if paid in full, or three payments of if you'd rather spread it out ( in total).

I take on a maximum of ten clients per quarter. The programme involves personal attention on my part, including support between sessions, and that cap is what protects the quality of it.

Twelve weeks in, you'll have your effortless habits, your strategies and a written plan in your hands.

The questions women ask me first

"I've said I'd do this before and not followed through."
Every woman I work with has a history of starting things. The difference here is that you are not doing it alone, and that the actions are sized so that the change is not overwhelming.
"My weeks are incredibly unpredictable."
That is precisely what the coaching is for. A fixed plan cannot flex around a changing week, but a personalised format can.
"Twelve weeks feels like a long commitment."
It's helpful to view the twelve weeks as one season of locking in and prioritising your health. It's also the honest amount of time it takes for new habits to become second nature.
"I'm not sure I have the time."
Sessions are 30-45 minutes for most of the programme, with an hour at the start and at the end, and the weekly actions are designed to fit inside your existing routine. Most women find the programme returns time, because the mental energy currently going into thinking about food gets handed back.
"How do I know this will be different?"
The honest answer is that the discovery call exists so we can both find out. If I don't think this is right for you, I will tell you so on the call.

I wanted a holistic approach to my lifestyle, and that is exactly what Cosy Nutrition gave me. What surprised me most was my own openness to trying things that felt different, even difficult at first. I always assumed real change meant drastic, high intensity effort. Instead, the biggest turning point was learning to appreciate low intensity movement, walking, in particular. I never expected to love it as much as I do now. Working with Tomi felt easy and comforting, I really felt listened to. Over the weeks I learned to trust my own instincts again, to be kinder to myself, and to actually slow down, something I didn't know I needed until I felt the difference it made. It's shown up in how I sleep, how I focus, and how much more aware I am of my own stress before it builds up. This journey, for me, has been about learning to love myself and understand myself better. I'm excited to keep building on everything I've learned and turn it into lasting habits. If you're on the fence about doing the programme, definitely try it. You'll learn more about yourself than you expect.

Let's work together

The next twelve weeks will pass regardless of what you decide today. You know how the version without support tends to go, because you have run that experiment several times.

The other version ends with the weight moving, the noise around food gone quiet, and a plan in writing for keeping it that way.
